Our software experts will answer your call promptly and walk you through to the answers you need—at a pace you can follow and using language you can easily understand. No matter what your question is—from basic program use, to setting security preferences, and virtually anything having to do with your Renaissance software—your ESP Plus gives you quick access to the answers you need.
All Renaissance Place annual subscriptions include an expanded Expert Support Plan that gives you unlimited access to our world-class team of technical experts from 6:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday.
ESP Plus's are also available for Renaissance desktop editions for $179 each per year ($279 each for Accelerated Reader and Accelerated Math). For your convenience, Expert Support Plans will be billed automatically at the end of the current period.
