Consulting, Support, and Training

Our Technical Services team can offer you many years of experience, as we've worked on literally thousands of successful district implementations. Whether you choose a service that's provided at your site or a remote technical service via the Web, we're prepared to assist you. We can consult with you on problems you are encountering, provide training so you can better manage the technical aspects of your Renaissance Place system, or assess your technical environment with our Educational Technology Assessment service.

Remote Technical Consulting and Training
Consulting
Remote Technical Consulting gives you one-on-one access to a Renaissance Consultant who will work with you via web-based sessions to troubleshoot problems, configure or optimize your software, or provide assistance with maintenance and administrative tasks. $149 per hour

Training
Our interactive, instructor-led, web-based distance-learning training covers a variety of tops such as Renaissance Place installation, maintenance, data administration, and troubleshooting. $149 per hour

On-Site Technical Training
For the ultimate in training, have one of our Renaissance technicians visit your campus to diagnose problems you may be experiencing, configure or optimize your hardware or software, and /or provide assistance with training with maintenance or administrative tasks.

$149/hr (6 hour minimum) plus an onsite fee of $2,150.
For consecutive training days, an additional onsite fee of $500 per day is charged for multi-day sessions, starting with day two and for each consecutive day thereafter. Hawaii and Alaska onsite surcharge is $1,500.

Expert Support Plan (ESP) Plus
With ESP Plus, you'll receive unlimited technical support for your Renaissance Learning software. You can call our friendly, knowledgeable representatives as often as you need. Our software experts will answer your call promptly and walk you through to the answers you need—at a pace you can follow and using language you can easily understand. No matter what your question is—from basic program use, to setting security preferences, and virtually anything having to do with your Renaissance software—your ESP Plus gives you quick access to the answers you need.

All Renaissance Place annual subscriptions include an expanded Expert Support Plan that gives you unlimited access to our world-class team of technical experts from 6:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday.

ESP Plus's are also available for Renaissance desktop editions for $149 each per year ($249 each for Accelerated Reader and Accelerated Math). For your convenience, Expert Support Plans will be billed automatically at the end of the current period.
