Shipping charges do not apply on customer downloads or subscriptions.
Renaissance Learning applies shipping/handling charges that are based on the weight of the products being shipped, plus the speed of delivery and services you've chosen to a given destination, and any applicable fuel surcharges. An order-processing fee is also applied to partially offset the cost of labor and materials used to prepare your products for shipment. Your total shipping/handling charge(s) will automatically compute during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.
If you choose standard shipping for an international order, your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when you order from Renaissance Learning, you are considered the importer of record, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents. You can save by choosing email delivery!
