Preloaded on NEO 2, KeyWords Wireless helps you turn "hunt and peck" typists into "think and write" writers—fast. Unlike other typing programs based on 1950s typing instruction, Keywords uses language-based lessons presenting diverse vocabulary, rhymes, and humor to keep students engaged and interested.
With KeyWords Wireless, students learn common letter patterns that are the building blocks for simple and complex words. This promotes the ability to quickly recognize and type letter combinations that occur frequently.
KeyWords Wireless contains 106 total lessons for 15 levels. Each level includes lessons for key instruction, accuracy and speed builders, and four assessment tests to check students' progress. Automatic scoring and detailed reports provide immediate feedback to teacher and students.
Monitoring student progress is easy in KeyWords Wireless because students are able to send their performance data wirelessly to NEO Manager on the teacher's computer. Teachers can run reports at the student or class level to see how students are progressing. Additionally, KeyWords Wireless is also integrated with Renaissance Place to make setup and reporting easier at the class, school and district level.
