Four Steps to Success

1. First Reading. Students select a passage and read it to establish their initial reading speed.
   
   
2. Modeled Reading. Students listen to a recorded narrator read the passage proficiently.
   
   
3. Practice Reading. Students practice reading the passage aloud until they can read it accurately, naturally, and at their goal rate.
   
   
4. Quiz. Students take a short quiz that measures comprehension.
