Old Dominion University offers 9 Continuing Education Contact Hours equivalent to .9 Continuing Education Units for attending the 1.5 day Renaissance Symposium. In addition, .6 CEUs are offered if you attend one of the pre-symposium seminars. Please note these units are not college credits. Terminology (contact hour, CEU, CPDU, SDU, etc.) and the equivalent value of contact hours varies from state to state. Your district or Board of Education is the final authority on the name and value of the ''Continuing Education Contact Hours'' you will receive. Old Dominion certificates and transcripts are issued with one contact hour equal to .1 CEU. The CEU application cost is $25 and the application form will be provided with your materials at symposium check-in.
