Model Classroom Recertification
To recertify for Model Classroom you must maintain the same criteria as listed for Model Classroom for any 12-week period. The following documents must be submitted when recertifying for Model Classroom status:
1. Recertification Update Form.
2. Qualifying 12-week Diagnostic Report.
3. STAR Reading Summary Report from the first test of the year. (If your school does not use STAR Reading software, please submit Standardized Test Summary Chartor Alternate Assessment Checklist.)
