WHAT'S NEXT? Model School Master Classroom Recertification The following documents must be submitted when recertifying for Master Classroom status: 1. Recertification Update Form. 2. Qualifying 18-week Diagnostic Report. 3. Classroom Reading Plan or Goal History Report (established readers). 4. STAR Reading (established readers) or STAR Early Literacy (emergent readers) Growth Report for pre- and post-tests taken at least 18 weeks apart. (If your school doesn’t use STAR software, please submit a Standardized Test Summary Chart or pre- and post-test Alternate Assessment Checklist.)
