Recertification Master School Recertification To recertify for Master School you must maintain the same criteria as listed for Master School for any 18-week period. The following documents must be submitted when recertifying for Master School status: Recertification Update Form - Classroom or School. 18-week Schoolwide Summary Report. 18-week Schoolwide Diagnostic Report. (Do not group. Summary page only.) Goal History Report or Schoolwide Math Plan.* STAR Math Growth Report for pre- and post-tests taken at least 18 weeks apart. If the school does not use STAR software, please submit a Standardized Test Summary Chart or pre- and post-test Alternate Assessment Checklist.** * Please submit one page per educator of the Goal History Report. ** Customize the schoolwide STAR reports as follows: Show Summary Only, Show Grade Equivalent, Do Not Group.
