WHAT TO SUBMIT Once you have maintained the Master Classroom criteria, submit the following documents to Renaissance Learning. 1. Master Certification Update Form. 2. Qualifying 18-week Diagnostic Report. 3. Goal History Report or Classroom Math Plan. 4. STAR Math Growth Report with pre- and post-tests taken at least 18 weeks apart. If your school doesn’t use STAR Math software, please submit a Standardized Test Summary Chart or pre- and post-test Alternate Assessment Checklist.)
