Recertification Master Classroom Recertification To recertify for Master Classroom you must maintain the same criteria listed for Master Classroom for any 18-week period. The following documents must be submitted when recertifying for Master Classroom status: Recertification Update Form - Classroom or School Qualifying 18-week Diagnostic Report. Goal History Report or Classroom Math Plan. STAR Math Growth Report with pre- and post-tests taken at least 18 weeks apart. If the school does not use STAR software, please submit a Standardized Test Summary Chart or pre- and post-test Alternate Assessment Checklist.
