Renaissance Certification Free Literature Request Form
The information requested with this form is free and does not qualify as enrollment. To enroll in Renaissance Certification, complete and return the enrollment form, along with your one-time $25 enrollment fee, to Renaissance Learning.
(Please note: If you have already enrolled in Renaissance Certification or have purchased Renaissance professional development within the last 12 months, no additional enrollment fee is required.)
Please read: You must be 18 years of age or older to request information from our Web site. If you are younger than 18, please have your teacher or another adult submit the request.
